应兰州大学数学与统计学院杨志鹏副教授邀请，杨晋达博士将于2026年10月28日下午进行学术报告。

报告题目:Learning Correlated Non-Gaussian Noise from Moving Noisy Readings

报告摘要：Can the distribution of sensor noise be learned from moving readings alone, without ground-truth motion or noise labels? Under a zero-mean stationary AR(1) noise model, we discuss identifiability of the motion mean, the correlation parameter, and the joint innovation distribution; derive the exact innovation decomposition of locally detrended residuals; and construct a characteristic-function correction target. We design two label-free fitting methods: quadratic programming over probability weights and an observation-start residual network.

杨晋达，兰州大学博士后，博士毕业于吉林大学；主要研究方向为偏微分方程约束优化与随机优化。目前已在IPI, JOTA, JOGO, JSC等杂志发表多篇学术论文，主持国家自然科学基金青年C类项目。
