题目：Stability and two-delay synchronous Hopf bifurcation for a latent HIV activation model with general incidence

摘要：This paper introduces a class of delayed virus-to-cell HIV models with general incidence and Logistic growth, to explore the complicated dynamics of activation of latently infected cells. First, criteria on the locally and globally asymptotical stability of (disease-free and endemic) equilibria are discussed based on the basic reproduction number $R_0$. Subsequently, Hopf bifurcation criteria are developed for both the general case (where two delays vary synchronously as bifurcation parameters), and the special case (where only a single delay is used as the bifurcation parameter), we can see that both delays and activation rate could cause stability switches, but the chaotic phenomena would occur only with sufficiently large delays. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate theoretical results, by which we find that the higher the activation rate of latently infected cells, the better control of HIV transmission is. Otherwise, the longer latent infection delay would eventually lead to a rapid rebound at viral load.

报告人简介

滕志东，男，新疆医科大学医学工程与技术学院教授，博士生导师。2015年获新疆自治区有突出贡献优秀专家和政府特殊津贴专家称号。主要开展微分方程理论及应用、生物数学模型等领域的学术研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目5项，教育部留学回国基金、重点项目、博士点基金、自治区重点实验室项目、高校科研计划重点项目、创新群体项目等各1项，发表学术论文300多篇。2003、2010、2016年获得了新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步二等奖，2012年获自治区科技进步一等奖（排名第二），2020年获得自治区自然科学一等奖（排名第二）。招收培养博士后5人，博士研究生20多人，硕士研究生70多人。
