报告题目:Event-Triggered and Adaptive Control of Random Nonlinear Systems

报告摘要：In the realm of control theory and control engineering, the nonlinearities and uncertainties are ubiquitous and inevitable in control systems, On the other hand, various random disturbances are also unavoidable under different system operating conditions, which leads to the research on control problems of random systems. This talk explores and studies event-triggered and adaptive control of random nonlinear systems (RNSs). RNSs are distinguished from stochastic nonlinear systems (SNSs) in Itô-type, which have been widely researched in recent decades. Simply speaking, SNSs are driven by white noises, but the derivative relationship between white noise and Wiener process is not strict. In addition, the physical meaning of the Hessian term in Itô formula is not very clear, so SNS may fail to be the most appropriate model for many practical systems. Considering the limitations of SNSs, this dissertation focuses on control problems of RNSs which were paid attention just a few years ago. The random processes in RNSs satisfy some conventional assumptions, and the noises involved there is not limited to idealistic white noises.

报告人简介

郗瑞鹏，2023年博士毕业于东北大学，现为香港理工大学航空与民航工程系博士后，在TAC, TSMC，TASE等期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇，中国自动化学会会员，从事非线性控制理论及其应用研究。
