报告题目：The fractional Laplacian and fractional gradient operators

报告摘要：

We will talk about some recent results related to the fractional Laplacian $\nabla^s_+=(-\Delta)^{\frac s2} $ and the fractional gradient $\nabla^s_-=\nabla (-\Delta)^{\frac {s-1}{2}}$, including also some optimal inequalities of type Hardy-Rellich/Adams-Moser/Morrey-Sobolev, and regularity of the distributional solutions to the dual equations $[\nabla^s_\pm]^\ast u=f$.

刘丽光教授简介

刘丽光,现为中国人民大学数学学院副教授,博导.主要从事调和分析方向的研究.至今已在《Appl. Comput. Harmon. Anal.》、《J. Math. Pures. Appl.》、《Math. Ann.》、《J. Funct. Anal.》、《Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations》、《J. Differential Equations》等国际知名数学期刊发表论文40余篇，并在Springer出版社著名的《Lecture Notes in Math.》系列丛书发表专著1本.刘丽光教授主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，入选“万人计划”青年拔尖人才项目.
