报告题目：Layer potentials techniques for the homogenization of periodically perforated domains

报告摘要：We review some layer potential techniques applied to the qualitative and quantitative homogenization of periodically perforated domains, more precisely for the Laplacian operator in those domains and its elasto- and hydro-static counterparts. This approach provides a unified treatment for the homogenization of those classical elliptic equations, for various asymptotic regimes determined by the geometric set-up of the periodic domains, and for various boundary conditions. We also use layer potentials to study the asymptotic behavior of high contrast inclusions that leads to equations in perforated domains. Again, the approach yields uniform convergence estimates. The second part of the talk is based on a joint work with Xin Fu.

荆文甲教授简介

荆文甲，2011年博士毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学，2011-2013年在法国巴黎高等师范学院从事博士后研究，2013-2016年在美国芝加哥大学数学系任Dickson Instructor，2016年秋开始任清华大学丘成桐数学科学中心助理教授。研究兴趣是偏微分方程的应用分析，特别是复杂介质上的偏微分方程的均匀化理论，波在随机介质中的传播，以及反问题等。
