报告题目：A reaction-diffusion virus infection model with humoral immunity, cell-to-cell transmission and nonlinear incidence

报告摘要： We investigate the global dynamics of a reaction-diffusion virus infection model with humoral immunity and nonlinear incidence in the spatial heterogeneous and homogeneous environments. We obtain the virus infection basic reproduction number $R_0$ for the spatial heterogeneous case and the antibody response basic reproduction number $R_1$ for the spatial homogeneous case. We establish the threshold conditions of the global asymptotic stability of infection-free equilibrium and antibody-free infection equilibrium, as well as the uniform persistence of all positive solutions for the model. We establish the existence of traveling wave solutions connecting the infection-free equilibrium with antibody-free infection equilibrium or antibody response infection equilibrium by using sub-upper solutions method and Schauder's fixed point theorem, and the boundary asymptotic behaviour of travelling wave solutions at $+\infty$ is obtained by Lyapunov functions.

滕志东，新疆大学数学与系统科学学院教授、博士生导师，政府特殊津贴专家，新疆自治区突出贡献优秀专家。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项，发表SCI收录学术论文200多篇，获新疆自治区科技进步奖4项。培养硕士研究生60多名，博士研究生20名，博士后4名。
