应兰州大学数学与统计学院李万同院长和王智诚教授的邀请，陕西师范大学舒洪英教授将于2018年11月25日至11月27日访问兰州大学,期间将举办专题学术报告。

报告题目：Viral infection dynamics in spatial heterogeneous environment

报告摘要：In this talk, we study a general viral infection model with spatial diffusion in virus and two types of infection mechanisms. The model is a partially degenerate reaction-diffusion system, whose solution map is not compact. We identify the basic reproduction number R0 and explore the properties of R0 when the virus diffusion parameter varies from zero to infinity. Moreover, we demonstrate that the basic reproduction number is a threshold parameter for the global dynamics of our model system Numerical simulation supports our theoretical results and suggests an interesting phenomenon: boundary layer and internal layer may occur when the diffusion parameter tends to zero.

舒洪英教授简介

舒洪英，陕西师范大学特聘教授，博士生导师。2010年获哈尔滨工业大学博士学位。2008年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学留学两年，2011年至2013年在加拿大新不伦瑞克大学任AARMS博士后研究员，2013年至2014年在加拿大瑞尔森大学和约克大学任博士后研究员。2014年至2017年任职同济大学特聘研究员，博士生导师，2016年获上海市浦江人才计划，2017年获陕西省百人计划特聘教授。在加拿大做博士后期间，作为第一申请人获得并主持了加拿大大西洋数学研究协会科研基金，主持新不伦瑞克大学生物数学研讨会，多次在国际国内会议做过邀请报告，并为多家国际SCI学术期刊审稿。曾主持一项上海市自然科学基金项目，目前主持一项国家自然科学基金项目。主要研究微分动力系统及生物数学方面的应用，所研究的问题涉及到病毒感染动力学、流行病学、免疫学及人口动力学等。已发表SCI收录论文20余篇，其中有5篇ESI高被引论文，分别发表在Journal of Differential Equations, SIAM Journal of Applied Mathematics, Nonlinearity, Journal of Dynamics and Differential Equations, Journal of Mathematical Biology，Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, JMAA, DCDS上。
